Tob, pioneering experimental and avant-garde music since 1987, gained early recognition throughout the 90s, performing in various synth-heavy bands and ambient electronic shows, making significant contributions to the Omaha sound art scene.

A dedicated open-source and free hardware advocate, Tob’s work emphasizes the immediacy of live performance over recorded media, driven by the mantra, “My art is NOW.” His current performances feature an intricate modular synth setup and innovative light-activated panels.
