Armando Rosales, is a Venezuelan artist based in Mexico City, creating weaves sound, visuals, and performance. With a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Rosales has transmitted his craft through prestigious programs like the ART & LAW PROGRAM at AAP Cornell. As a musician and drummer, his solo projects, such as “Masa de Avance” and “I wouldn’t be here without you,” explore themes of endurance and transformation. Collaborative efforts, like “Correspondencias de Ultramar #4,” underscore his commitment to global artistic dialogues. Rosales’ work has graced esteemed venues worldwide, earning recognition from institutions like Behorde fur Kultur Hamburg and the International Association of Art Critics. He cultivates artistic platforms as co-founder and former co-director of Al Borde art space. Rosales fosters a deeper understanding of art’s societal impact. In his artistic journey, he invites us to embark on a sensory exploration where sound and vision converge to evoke profound emotions.
